If there is any manufacturing defect and information given within 48 hrs of product received, we will cheerfully issue a full refund after verification of the same, and refund policy will not be applicable on cooked, used, open packing products.
Please include your order number (sent to you via sms) and we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you.
For payments done through credit/debit cards, net banking or any wallet, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
